Floorplan Choices

Floorplan selection is the first step in the creation of your Newell coach. We work closely with you to help you choose the floorplan that best suits your lifestyle and preferences.

You have several basic but flexible options to choose from. Your floorplan can be based on an existing Newell floorplan, it can combine several existing floorplans, or it can be built from scratch.

Reference floorplans are for guidance and can be customized at your request. Full-custom floorplans are also available. The examples provided below include some features that are optional and available at an extra cost.

Floorplan F1. Front-entry door, curb-side galley, California King size bed, rear bath.

Floorplan F2. Front-entry door, curb-side galley, walk-in center closer, California King size bed, rear bath.

Floorplan M1. Mid-entry door, curb-side galley, half-bath center coach with entry from salon, California King fixed bed (dual-adjustable bed available), center ensuite bath, rear walk-in closet.

Floorplan M2. Mid-entry door, curb-side galley, half-bath center coach with entry from salon, California King fixed bed (dual-adjustable bed available), rear bath with dual lavy sinks.

Floorplan H-1

Floorplan Murphy. Murphy-bed option available with most floorplans. A home theater option can also be added, including theater-style seating, overhead projector and drop-down movie screen.
